I've been going back and forth on this. My Jeep is my daily driver what I use to take my kids around in.
I currently have an 01 BMW 330I in the garage which does not get used as often as I would like to, hence why it sits in the garage. I don't want to sell it as it's in great shape, paid off, and lots of fun to drive as it is manual.
The wife uses the other side of the garage for her SUV, leaving my Jeep outside all the time. I figure since my Jeep gets driven everyday it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm sure there are many outdoor Jeeps out here. Do you guys think there would be any issues with this down the road?
My 04 TJ Daily Driver in the Winter is in the garage so I too do not have to scrape ice & snow. In the winter I store the bike (Honda Shadow) in front of the jeep against the wall and in the summer I pull the jeep up to the wall and park the bike, which I drive daily, behind the jeep for easy ingress/egress. On the weekends when we head to the trails I pull the bike out, pull the jeep out, put the bike back in. Takes about 90 seconds.
All my other vehicles live outside, but the wrangler is garaged kept. Never an option, never a question. Besides she's the one I'm usually doing something to.... Even if I'm not I'm out in the garage pretending to....
Garage kept here too. Our vehicles, no matter what we have at the time, live in the garage for a number of reasons - vandalism, theft, weather, etc. I use the Jeep as it was intended to be used - no need in letting it be a target for those other things.

Yes. We have a 2-car garage and 4 motor vehicles but my wife's Jeep gets the garage. We have an agreement that we each get 1/2 of the garage and driveway. We can each have as many vehicles as we want but whoever is the primary driver of the specific vehicle has to keep it on their side of the garage.
I have a car and motorcycle in the garage on my side and one car in the driveway. She just has her Sahara.
My Jeep is in the garage because it can be. But I don't understand the point. I LOVE having the Jeep clean and relatively warm when I get in and head out. But, since it drives on all the same roads and weather conditions as everyone else it still gets just as dirty.
We have uber amounts of salt/sand mix when there is snow/ice on the roads. My Jeep is just as prone to those conditions as the next guy. Garage or not. I don't see any harm in it getting wet from a rain storm (if not in the garage). So, to me the garage is merely a convenience, which I do love.
