Jeep fuel economy thru aerodynamics (Attn: Scout)

I seem to remember a while back, something about making a Jeep more aerodynamic. I happened across a website that outlines a state of the art way of modding a Jeep to get better mileage. Upon seeing this, I immediately thought of you! <snicker>

Gas mileage is what it's all about for Scout. He's got a baffle, maybe he'll show you a picture.

I'm just glad I got my TJ. Classic looks and somewhat modern technology.

On my Ranger, and therefore I figured on the Jeep too, I'm planning a full undertray. Imagine a flat plane connecting the sides of the side skirts all the way back and you get the idea.
Guess he doesn't know that the little piece of plastic under your front bumper called the Air Deflector is what throws air up into the radiator/engine bay to help with a lot of the cooling. I am interested to see how hot his engine runs if he closes off the entire undercarriage. Not to mention his transmission, diffs etc. Or all the noxious fumes that are being released by small gaps in his exhaust and have no choice but to go up into the vehicle now.
