You don't have to use Jose Cuervo

I made a batch of "Tito's Vodka" Christmas Cookies last night while the wife and I were eating Orange Peal Beef from PEI WEI.

I think they were good but don't really remember.

But, when I got up this morning everything tasted like I had eaten a sweater last night???

Well, it might go the other way for you. Remember the song "Don't Ask Her on a Straight Tequila Night"?

Too bad we can't post video out here, but I just got a vid today from a friend that proves this statement to be 100% true.

EggNog Cookies!

I had some Eggnog Saturday night at a Christmas Party that came from a bottle... It was GREAT and I think it would make one hack of a batch of Cookies.
