just cooked...

Had some chicken quarters in the freezer aging, so thawed them. Allways have rice in the cupboard. Put Rice, water, chicken, mushrooms, stock, Cream of mushroom soup, garlic, basil, sage, parsley and some olive oil, into a pyrex pot with a lid, into the microwave...Voila! Mighty tastey! Goes well with beer, having some at this moment! I would take pics, but the idiot that owns my Jeep left his camera in the console!

Yep It was awsome...I was in heaven. She got me a beer when I got home and served us that meal. I was fat dumb and happy after I got home. Dang I am spoiled and loving it.

Everyone should try this, I have never thought of using cranberries in an actual meal except on turkey-day.
