KOH Rausch Creek Qualifier LIVE

Heres the link if anyone is interested...

2011 Rausch Creek Qualifier

Everybody has winched up this specific section so far. Shannon Cambell throttled it up hard...he drove over the back of someone else's rig then did a little tumble back down, lol.

Edit..They got him rolled back over, jumped the battery and he made the climb on all throttle and a flat tire Awesome

Yep... Talisman was a bottleneck... our buggy fried the battery winching up, shannon drove up Cole's car and ripped the rear bumper off. Out of the 32 rigs, 10 finished the 5 laps within 8 hours, 2 more just finished 5 laps... everyone else... DNF.

Not really harder than anticipated... RCQ is expected to be a sh!tshow every year. The fact that there was so much breakage on the qualifier was an indication of things to come. We had some hard rain which made everything soupy. Our buggy was on KRTs didnt help either. If it was easy then everyone would qualify... but it was just a matter of survival. The last 2 guys who qual'd for KOH didnt make it in the alotted time... but Dave said just the fact that they made it through 5 laps means they earned a place in Johnson Valley next Feb.
