Please don't be shy if you are. We are going to be working on a very very very cool land use related project and wanted to put the word out for anyone that is active in their state no matter what the sport or recreational activity is.

Well Rebel I'd say the best way is to check out sites like blue ribbon coalition or united 4wheel drive clubs association and take a look at what's to offer in your state. Some have more going on than others. Those are some of the more national sites but can help direct you to more local happenings in Ohio.

this part is very true. i know in a jeep community, we hear land use and think....ohv parks, keeping trails open, etc. but don and I were talking yesterday and it includes everything from the aforementioned topics as well as boating, atv stuffs, camping, hunting, climbing, and so on. if it's outdoors and on public land.....that's what we're talking about. i, myself, am a climber(mostly bouldering), and it's getting tougher to find good public places to climb for the same reasons its getting harder to find good trails. so if you're into anything outdoorsy...speak up!

Ill go ahead and throw this out there. We are working on a land use specific forum, if anyone is interested in being involved on the ground floor with this pm me and let me know. We ask that you are willing to be involved on pretty much a daily basis as we hash things out over the coming weeks and help make decisions about the forum. It is imperitive that we are focused and ontopic with this task, again if you are willing to help out shoot me a pm and ill give more details.
