i should give up the whole milk... it's just so good. i maybe drink 10 or 12 sodas a YEAR... mostly water, coffee (copious amounts) tea and milk.

my weight problem is caused by beef...i figure that i am vegetarian...cows are herbivores...and i eat the cow...therefore i am a vegetarian...
