It takes some time and tweaking. We had a "no internet" rule this weekend, so I couldn't look anything up - so it turned out borderline okay... It tured out to be more of a mix of beef jerkey and steak texture-wise... But it tasted D@MN good. Haha!

Haha! I clear out the living room and then put up a real tent in there and basically set up everything like we would be actually camping outdoors, but it's inside the house. Haha! Then I set up the T.V. so it's either in the doorway or in one of the windows - and you're set. Haha! We even used my portable range and everything this weekend.

No, you don't wish there was. No matter how neat you think it would be, it's never, ever a good idea.

Sorry, the close in was 80mm. The 300 didn't come out well. Autofocus doesn't work at night so this was all manual.

Hahaha! Oh, there is record of other events! Haha! And I know what you mean - all of the ones I had have been deleted - though she still keeps the ones she's recorded - so I must've done good for those ones. Hahaha!

I wouldn't mind those with a side of wild rice, haven't had venison in a long time and they look great. I'm a bit jealous lol.

x2...

I have lots of ramen in my B.O.B. - takes forever to go "bad" and even then it's still usable, all it takes is water - don't even really need to boil, CAN eat it dry, the flavor packs can be used for lots of things - and a good source of sodium, etc... Ramen is good stuff. I've lived purely off of ramen, rice and water for MONTHS when I first came to college - it's safe to say my buddy and I were struggling pretty bad before we were able to get jobs...

Awesome, parents enjoy when I cook since they work all day, and I make good use after my classes, and cheaper than eating out.

I have a bunch of black angus I hate, its gamier than game. The trick is in what you harvest and how. Bucks and bull elk in rut are kinda gamey. But if you bleed them out quick and complete you don't get the gaminess. Game for hamburger has to be cut with beef fat though for flavor. And my roasts being game or beef... I have a friend said he'd marry me for my roast alone. LOL

I'm so glad he's not my type and the wrong gender.

I actually feel(personally) that the gaminess of the meat is what gives it the flavor, don't get me wrong too gamely is never good, but just the right amount makes for delicious eats.

You guys would be surprised with some of the stuff I've ate.
