I am extremely jealous! I was a pitiful paralegal lol nothing exciting like that!! Do you miss it?

P.I. baby..... oooooh the memories. Mostly of the long lines for "mandatory bore punches" after leaving. And buying "knives" made from deuce and half springs. LOL...the crazy crap you'll spend money on when you're young & bored.

oh yeah... we were forbidden to have local contacts... but our trips out to Subic... we had a blast! the Marines and Navy knew how to eat, and party!

The beaches in a tropical paradise... with the beauty that walked up and down the beach...

The bird was raw power. It was a pilot's helicopter. We flew NOE always, and dodged all sorts of stuff. Flippin wonderful!

I loved it when they would bring the mail on a carrier. The C-2's would land with like 2k lbs of mail. The CH-53's would land with like 10k lbs of mail. I like sikorsys.

wish i had gotten a tattoo there... now there were some true artists!

and the cute little brown skinned ladies that tauntingly walked past every day we got to the beach... they knew we were restricted... but wow anyway...

and downtown Manila was a treat on several occasions... oh gawd the food!
