Last night I told the security guard at work I was tired and she pulled out 6 HUGE bottles of diet pills for me to choose from. She works 2 full time jobs and uses them to stay awake, are they full of caffeine or what? She does not need to diet either.

Some new pill are "all natural" diet pills made from caffeine and raspberry ketones...they are supposed to give you energy as well

I've actually heard that. They contain a lot of metabolic catalysts to speed up your digestion process and breakdown process so I'm guessing they give you energy from that??

No. Don't.
5 hr energy drinks aren't great for you either, but they work!

How often do you need a boost?

The workout involved carrying the most heavy weight you can as far as you can. And then, they couldn't bring it back haha
