LMAO And here I was thinking about taking one of the Gamo's out and look for a rabbit since its nice and snow covered. Wabbits stand out against the snow.

Why do people have to post threads about removing the doors?
Are you seriously so stupid you can't figure it out yourself??

You buy a new JK and they might need help. Now if you have a tj, yj, etc no because they are essentially simple enough that a monkey could take apart.

Oh...damn...that is bad.

JKs are easy but the electrical connector is a pain in the ass to get off sometimes. If I could reach them I'd redesign the whole connector under the dash and the B pillar.

Did you go post a thread asking how to take them off??

I mean, I had trouble taking them off my YJ and TJ. I didn't post a thread about it. I sprayed some PB blaster in the hinges and wiggled them.
Not that hard to figure out you need to wiggle 'em a little.

I've heard mixed reviews on the handhelds, I went with a $50 uniform cb and mounted it inside my center console.

Same here but I don't want some damn box in the way and I want my console free as my wet bar and spicy peanut tray. Above the mirror would be okay cept for running the cable. I think thats my one bitch about the JKs is where to put one. I don't want it under the dash or on either side of the console, specially not driving a stick. I like my wiggle room for the legs.

Run it inside the roll bar padding.

I have my CB wired to a plug to the accessory outlet. When I go wheeling I put it in the jeep and stuff it between the seat and center console and it stays there and doesn't move.
When I'm done, just take it out. Never worried about someone stealing it.

That will work going back to the gate and it turns out I do have a plastic edge along the front with 3" of clearance above the mirror. Have to pour some epoxy in the liner for extra strength I believe.

Sometime this week before we go camping I need to pull the hood and right fender off and fix them.

Say, anyone know of a good buffing agent to take out scratches?

I have the same except mine goes secure into the center console, when not wheeling, it's in the garage along with the antenna
