Been working in the garage today, and just a while ago..down in the 30s in the garage. I'm comfortable outside and in the cold. But as soon as I walk inside I get overheated as hell. I've had my BP meds so its not that. And since Vegas I can't breath for crap. Just now made me a hot toddy hoping it helps before I go outside again.

Yeah, not the BP. I've got it under control and know the instant its high. Body acts like a thermometer now. Course I just took my lasix & propanolol an hr ago, sometimes takes a bit for them to kick in. I had a stroke in 10' and never knew it until I had a CT for when I got sick and they gave me 6 weeks to live. At the time I had this immense pain, went blind for a few minutes..and didn't know it but lost my sense of balance for..like 6 months. Now if I could just get rid of pain from bodily punishment without surgery I'd be happy..(2 torn rotator cuffs, lots of ripped up muscles in my back..long assed story). I'm still active though. Can't wait to go hiking.

I wouldn't say I'm tough. Its more like "I refuse to effing die on anything other than my own terms".

Need my laptop so I can post hiking pics. Zion is my favorite place to go but a jeeper friend of mine and I are heading to some other places to go check out. I do wish he had a boat...I don't know how I can fit two fat people on ours and not sink if they go to Powell with us.

Nevermind, Virginia. Don't think I'll ever get that far east in Moose. You do know I'm NOT going to build a still on the back of my jeep?.
