We use leftover fajita meat on ours. But you can use any kind of seasoned chicken! It's awesome.. Sometimes we just grill jalapeño's with cream cheese. You can broil if you don't have a grill

When you cook your pot roast in the crock pot add a package or two of brown gravy

I love grilled jalapeños, never had them with creamed cheese, ill try that next time I grill for sure, Ill be leaving the seeds though, love the kick.
