Black angus is pricey around here, good eats IMO.
No, black angus has no fat, thus no flavor. Bad bad beef.

You have not had good angus. Ours is I guess considered organic. Some grain. No chemicals. Tasty. It's all about good processing and getting fat. Lean meat is tough. Especially if you like well done which is terrible. I like medium rate to rate. Delicious juicy tender

You guys can keep those Nasty steaks. My white tail was so rutted out and gamey. I tried to do the straps the first night......yuk!!! I swear you could smell it still in the steaks... 200 pounds hanging and it all went to sausage

Have to bleed them right off, all the way. Though in rut they aren't so good, I go for spikes for meat.

Ill take it medium rare to rare also, my brother likes it well done and it makes me sad to see a waste of a good steak.
And with some grizzle in it for a kick to the taste buds and a loss of years to my life lol.

Yessir it should, it should scream at me when I take a bite, that's actually been a long-running joke between a buddy and I.
