I have yet to find any sort of bench seat that I've been able to confirm will swap without modifications in decent condition around me...
Looks like they fold forward...

Haha! You''re all over it!!!

Word! I'd seen all of those before... Though all of them seemed like they required modifications to the seat frames...

OH YEAH! The Tahoe one looked AMAZING - my Mom had a Tahoe and those back seats WERE comfy... But from what I remember it sounded like he had to use his old bench seat brackets and fab the Tahoe seats up to it or something... And I definitely don't have the old bench brackets...

I like the GMC Van back seat as well - but when I was re-reading it just now, it seemed like he needed to do some modifications as well... Did you read through it? What do you think?

I'd be willing to give the fabbing a try - but I don't want to spend money on a seat to end up junking it trying to make it fit... You know?

Ahhh! Hahaha! No worries! I can give them some further reading. I don't think it'd be too hard to find a rear, folding Van seat around here... It's just when looking for actual FSJ stuff around here, there's almost nothing...

I also remmeber reading a while back when I was originally looking up bench seats that the 80's aren't necessarily interchangable with the 70's because they changed the floor pans or something...? Though I only remember one person ever saying it...

Good morning, Donnie!

Nah... I've been a member of WF, JF and have been trying to become a member of IFSJA (a community for FSJs) for a long time and they have yet to approve my account. So since Phil joined the FSJnetwork I figured I'd join as well. Haha!

Hahaha! My signature for the FSJnetwork...

Quote:
1973 J-4800 (Agnes) - Primarily Stock - 360 V8, Upgraded MSD Ignition, Sittin' on 33s...

TO DO:
Re-wiring (cab and engine compartment)
Replace bucket seats with Bench seat
Repaint, Undercoating and Bedliner
Possible Fuel Injection upgrade in the future...

NEED:
Bench Seat
New Wiring Harnesses
I'm hoping the "NEED" part will inspire some possible options/offers for getting myself a bench seat...
