Man, that's a tough choice.

Jeep A is much cheaper, but it looks like a kid drove it, and therefore did some dumb kid things while driving it. Granted it has a few goodies on it, and a few missing (radio, hardtop# but seems interesting. I'm curious about that title stuff he was talking about. Hmmmm....

Jeep B is more expensive but also comes from a dealership. Plus, if something is really wrong you have more leverage with a dealership ... minus, price, tags and taxes .

Ouch, I can see why this is a pain in the butt.

Jeep A if you can get the price down some more... Try a cash only deal, and negotiate. He's off to college and needs money right? Cash talks.

Jeep B if Jeep A has been thrashed (take a very very close look at Jeep A if this driver is young or ... well you know, check the vibe on this guy.), If Jeep A can not resolve his weird tile issues for a full and clear title. That's a big no no to A, and a big plus to B

Like the color on Jeep B, just not too crazy on the 9,000. That's still a good deal, but a bit too much for my budget right now.

Man... I see the conundrum you're in.

Really? Keep digging, I'm sure you'll find one somwhere out there. I find a whole buch of them around DC, and it's not as snowy as it is in CO.

Well... I find a bunch of them in the spring / summer, once winter is over and hardtop sellers start cleaning out the basement for their "Honey-doo" lists

Yup, that's my issue, Thinking jeep A is the way I'll go if the title is fine. That also free's me up to try out the soft top. If it's really bad then I'll find a hard top otherwise i'll just be good to go. Although I'd really like the hard top for the security aspect.

Soft Tops aren't that bad... just don't keep anything of value in the Jeep when it's on (or off on those sunny days)

My older brother was a jeeper. Used to race them on lakes. Ice that is. He had a stereo and between the seats he had a metal box with a sliding lid and lock made to hold it and the equalizer. Then the speakers he had secured into welded panels between the A of the roll bars. Lived in LA and never put the top on.

How would I know phil? I plan on learning a LOT about jeeps threw this jeep. So at the moment I'm a pretty green on things.

Yea, I'm thinking the soft top then buying a hardtop is the best choice.

I don't really keep things of 'value' in my cars... but I swear to jesus that if someone stole my disc golf bag and discs someone would die.

Yeah Phil I've been stuck in the hospital with that crazy old bat I call grandma. She's been driving me up the wall asking why she can't go home & how she wants to "die in peace" and stupid shit like that. I had to explain to her she's not well enough to come home. But she got released yesterday and is still pissed for being there for 2 weeks. Oh well she's ok now and I pawned her off on my cousin for the day. No for some peace, quiet and wf

.
The Jeep will either have a D35c or a D44
The D35c is more rounded

Thanks I appreciate the prayers but I about killed her myself when she asked about going home to die. It doesn't help that she doesn't want to come to my wedding but for her to honestly asked "can I just die now?". That's what set me over the edge. Anyways what's everybody up to lately? Anyone get some wheelin in?

No but you have been on TV before... that zombie store

I think a reality show based on your snow and hunting antics would be quite entertaining
