Well, to clarify... Coronary means/involves (depending on the context) the arteries around the heart...

Why would someone be in there for the 3rd time in a month, never leaving for more than 2 days. But only info I am getting is Collapsed Lung?

It could be multiple reasons...
Does your grandpa have any heart condition?
The other critical care units could be full.

Could be dealing with heart issues secondary to other issues.... :confused.

Not trying to freak you out - but it could be a number of things. I'm not the MOST medically inclined here... But I don't think that whomever you are talking about would get sent to a CCU BECAUSE of the collapsed lung itself - but most likely an underlying problem or something that's come about because of the collapsed lung.

They may just be extremely worried about his heart condition so they have him there as an extreme precaution...?

We were in the CICU, is CCU a step up or down? Oh and someone is either delusional or the nurses are saying I have been by to keep my family from badgering me. Everyone keeps calling yelling at to me go. and I refuse to go. then I got a call from my mom and grandma apologizing saying they didn't know I had gone to see him and they were sorry for calling and yelling.

I would think it is a step down

In our hospital we have ICU/CVICU, then you go to PCU(progressive care unit), then CSC/CVSU(Cardiac Special Care, Cardio Vascular Stepdown Unit, this is the unit you go to after a CABG..open heart surgery)
