I actually was looking at a 3bedroom brick house with an attached shop that could fit 6 cars in it and a huge yard (property was 2 lots in total) and they were asking 185K for it and I was going to try to talk them down.

I thought about doing that with the GF - but I'm fine with doing all the work that comes with a house - plus I don't want to live in a townhouse/condo situation. We have some friends who are married and living in a townhouse and they're constantly getting bothered for the stupidest stuff... They also live in a really upidy town - so that might be a factor as well...

Oh, you know... Same old stuff... Different night.

What about you??

I just peeked outside - it's raining sideways! It's been raining, make that downpouring - every time I look out the window... And I've been checking every half-hour to and hour...

I was thiking I was going to get some knife work done - but if this keeps up I'll probably be hanging out with my buddy who works renovation/construction. Can't work in the crazy winds and rain.

Good night, Tony!
This is pretty much the real estate here it sucks... I know back in my hometown (no jobs) you can get a like great place for 185000... Here... No way... This is what you get for 200 000.... http://comfree.com/condo-for-sale-ch...anitoba-397138. I don't plan on living in it forever I just wanna put my money into something I can sell again. Then if I meet a guy one day having a house will be easier with 2 incomes and a pair of muscles lol

Dang! That does kind of suck... Though that place doesn't look too bad! It'd be a nice "starter" place for you - especially being on your own right now.

The last part of your post made me giggle.

It has a shed at least I can store my winter tires in there. Lol!!! Yeah that's what I'm looking into... I don't wanna get a place that's like 270 000 and work to basically just pay for the place and my jeep lol.

And glad it made you giggle very true tho!

I saw that! The interior looked pretty nice as well! Haha! Too bad you don't get to have some of that furnature that's in there! I could go for some of that stuff.

And I know what you mean. Right now, I'm basically working to pay bills with a couple hundred to spare every week... It kind of sucks - but I'd rather pay maximum amounts for loans and what-not now and then only have to worry about house payments later... I just HATE being in debt... ANY DEBT - I don't think I've ever actually owed someone (a person) money... Just banks...

Haha! lucky! I have quiet a bit of student debt left to chisel away at and then I have a small, couple thousand dollar, loan for my J-truck I'll have paid off pretty quickly. I only make the GF pay for half of rent and then I take care of everything else...

You've got yourself some nice furnature! Your apartment looks really nice as well. Even though some of it's kind of girly - I'd totally take all of it! Haha! I've got a REALLY nice couch and dresser - and then a "premium" kennel for my dog... But that's about the extent of my nice things.

I graduated college about 1.5-2 years ago now... I need to do something more with my degree - but I feel so unmotivated to go back. I hated it. Haha!

I honestly couldn't tell you. It cost me like $200.. It's supposed to be made out of "high quality" marterial and has one of those grate-bottoms... I don't really know what makes it so special... Haha!

Make sure to put up some pics of it. I'm gonn be sticking with the stock sport s tires and rims for a little bit. Did you order spacers for the wheels? I know with the teraflex you need spacers for at least the rear to clear the new sway bars.

Thought my day was too good to be true.
Snow at this time of the year really does suck the life outta people after seeing it all winter.
Good luck with the lift Donnie.
I cheated with my RC lift, but it worked out nicely I think.
Still can't get the grin off my face.
Work turned real busy about 15 minutes ago ---- busy is not good.
I'll try and touch back later.
