I was looking at the Poison Spyder Rock Brawler set up and that's what it has.

Part of me knows I need to wait til next week so I can look at other people's set ups at the show.

I'm a little late on this reply (sorryyyyyyy), but i agree with Ronnie. The factory soft top design does it best IMO. It doesn't LOOK as cool as a trektop admittedly, but it seals out the elements better, doesn't require constant (or really any) adjustments once installed, it's durable, and cheaper.

Hey Ronnie, this was one of my options. I'm still undecided though...

I have an old metal detector that works. Would it be inappropriate to go around scanning people to see if they had swallowed quarters and whatnot? And then ask for change if I ask them to swallow a quarter?

That's sweet though you can only carry rotopax. But sweet none the less. My next is a new rear bumper to go with my tire/gas carrier.

Ah, I see. I'm not big on bodywork, as long as it functions I don't really care how it looks.

The thing I don't like about the poison Spyder is the tailgate access, and the webbing/strap used to hold the tire in. The sun would eat that up here. guess that's 2 things..

Good, I'm glad! What happened?

6 days a week?! UM, WHAT?!

My mama and I have a phrase for that...we call it "one blinky eye".

Don't worry, he's always trolling...for cheap mod ideas anyway.

I like that! It's basically like the Poison Spyder, but without the flashy aspects and more practical.

I was a nerdy kid. In 4th grade I made an electric fan for my school desk out of rc car parts and a pringles can lid for the fan.

After that I made a repeating BB gun out of a bic pen casing, a pencil lead holder as the feeder and a spring/rubber band piston to drive the BBs. Hurt like a mother. Upgraded it to a kinda crossbow driving wooden dowels tipped with the pointy end of mechanical pencils that would go a 1/2" into a solid wooden door. As a kid we had slingshot and bottle rocket wars. Built underground forts in Roswell, NM without being abducted by aliens and not one of us managed to light our farts no matter how hard we tried. And we had the local whore houses scoped out by climbing fences. We were well educated by the time we were 11.

What about the tailgate access? There are 2 versions. Ones latches to the bumper and the other is synced with the tailgate.

This one is still on the list.

Straps? Really? Mine ties into the existing hinges with buttresses and ties in on the other side of the gate. Separate from the bumper. Rear bumper is next on my list. Straps?...wtf straps?
