Good thing i have the life time bumper to bumper warranty. Thanks for the info. Don't know much about water pumps in vehicles. Would appear jeeps gotten some bad batches of water pumps?

Probably not. They just randomly go, all depends in the amount of pressure put behind them in terms of how much you throttle it. Bearings go when they want to go

Amazing. My 03 explorer has been through far more "abuse". Maybe it its just a bad or weak part that made it in to assembly. Who knows. Lets hope the new one does not have issues for a very long time or ever. Lol

I mean it happens. A part is only as strong as its weakest part, 1 bearing could have been weak, and it put too much pressure on the others

This is true. Thanks for the info on water pumps. Had no clue they had bearings lol. I pictured in my mind because of the thermostat, a flapped Valve that that opened and closed with pressure.
