They are easy.. 2 nuts size 50 torx, unclip them (hardest part), undo the straps. Soak the hinges in WD40 and wiggle the shit out of them, then wiggle them upwards. Kinda like stroking something way bigger than in Phil's league but in mine.

Minimally. My family has some land with trails that are slightly wider than ATV width that my 2 door JK can fit in. Mine is white so I don't see any of the pinstriping from the overhanging branches (except on the windows). There are some clubs in Western MA that have access to land that I'm starting to look into. My suspension is stock at the moment though so there's only so much I can do.

I've heard of a few places in or near Tolland, MA. I believe they are private land so you need to go with the clubs. On JK Forums there used to be people that organized trips in the New England section but everyone seems to have left.

I was also looking at http://www.jonfund.org/ the other day. They own their own land and have access to other land but again it's all private and you need to be in the club.

I also believe there are some semi-legal places along the CT river. I believe the land is public but you have to cross some railroad land to get to it. My aunt lives right near there and her neighbor has a few Jeeps in his driveway so I'll have to ask him about it sometime.

Once I have better suspension and tires (next year) I'm going to look into it more. A few weeks ago I started my prep for bigger tires while maintaining drivability by giving my Jeep some more power courtesy of a minor intake modification

Jared sells Subway, so if your toilet is sparkling after eating Subway you might want to get that checked out

Hmm interesting. I've never heard of any place in CT. We have some land up in the Catskills that I've been exploring lately. Most of the trails we have are for ATVs or snowmobiles thou.

Tony have you never been sunburned down below? You seem to be naked A lot.

I had a buddy that did, while a group of us were camping. He went commando and was standing up fishing on a shiny aluminum boat. well the boat reflected light where the sun don't normally shine. I couldn't stop laughing at him the next day when he was trying to walk.
