I'm gonna go fishing tomorrow and see if it is true the wd-40 attracts fish. Hopefully I'll catch a nice big bass

The oil in wd-40 makes fish think another is nearby. It's great for cat fishing. Take a hose legging, stuff it with rancid meat and put a hook through the bottom with fishing line already tied coming through the top, freeze, keep frozen, tie fishing line that's on the hook to the fishing pole line, soak the hose and meat with wd-40 while its frozen. It will bring fish out thinking another fish is near by, while the meat defrosts and makes the water stink, making fish go after it.

Too much work for cat fish. I'll just drop a line in the water for 2 minutes with a piece of cheese on it, catch a blue gill, cut it up, but that on the line, cast it out, bam, cat fish.

Do blue gills have a preference regarding the type of cheese?

Catch and release. They taste like crap at that point. Take pictures, measurements, and weight, send into the state for our citation certificate, and the state gets to have tabs on their catfish while doing very little work
