I don't know what I want anymore. I wish my rent wasn't 1200. I feel like moving in a sucky place to save money lol.

Buy your own...you will eventually earn a profit vs nothing in an apt.

I say if you plan to stay in the part of Canuckland you're in, buy. If you plan to leave in the next year or so, just rent. That way you won't be stuck with trying to sell a house.

I had a buddy in highschool that had one of those. I believe it had the 440 rather than the 426 Hemi. Right after they painted it to look like the General Lee, he dad sold it

There was a company that would find the car and restore it to whatever you wanted for $30k. They had a whole fleet of them on EBay.

Hey everyone!

Ronnie, don't use cars and investment in the same sentence. You might invest alot of money, but I think it's a one way street.

Whatever muscle car I'd own, I'd like to restomod it. Modern suspension, brakes, power train...a lot available for that scene now.

69 Charger is an exception to the money pit rule

If you can find one, do it. The 59 Caddy falls in that category also, there are a few out there.

On the topic about cars as an investment I say its a poor choice. This is what I do for a living, rebuild cars, specializing in the paint. Your never going to get the amount of money you dump into any car out of it. I know I know, " Well , I saw this car go for $$$$ on Barret Jackson" it doesnt work that way. We just finished a car for a customer, 65 galaxy conv. Our bill alone was $125k not including interior. Also consider this, the more rare/ desirable the car is, the more$$$ that parts etc. are going to be for that vehicle.

I also heard rumours about a pink jeep... The furious fushia challenger.... If that ever happens I might cry. Although I am loving my jeep more and more.

So do I...my dad had a couple when I was a kid. I had a 78 but it was pretty far gone...and tried to kill me on the highway.

I was being sarcastic about the investment angle...I know it's a losing battle.
