Leaving Alabama - Texas here I come!!!

Well,
it's official. The wife and I are putting the house on the market today (Sunday 9-7). We are headed back to Texas. I am going to Houston on Wed. to look for a new house. We hope to be gone from Alabama by the end of the month!!! Here we go again!!!

Well I was in Houston for the Hurricane. That was real FUN!!!! Just got back last night about 8:00 pm. The 12hr drive sux balls! We did buy another new home. I hope to close on it all by the end of the week. Looking to be back in Houston at the end of the month.

Put my home in Alabama on the markert Sunday 9-7-2008.....had a contract put on it today 9-15-2008...8 freaking days to sell my house!!! WOO HOO!!!!!

I rode that SOB out in Houston...HAD to come back to 'Bama to finish up final details of getting my move done. I did pay $4.79 a gallon for gas in Mississippi!! That was way worse than IKE!!

Well, I am back in Texas and glad to be back!! We closed on our new house last wed. Oct 8th, and moved in on the same day. Just have to unpack and set the house and garage up now. I will be posting some pics of my garage soon..I have something special planned for it!
