How did I miss this thread all this time I spent 13 years stationed in Germany and love me some Bier!

Third pic is the open fermentation of Czech Pilsner Urquell.

I don't really change beers with the season, except maybe the All Day IPA. Twin Sisters DBL IPA by Left Hand is tasty, Hoptimum, Ruthless Rye, almost anything by Prairie Artisan Ales, farmhouse ales and sours. I like good beer!

Depends on your flavor preference.
Personally I enjoy Stone's Ruination the best of their beers.

Terrapin Hopsecutioner is awesome too. Bell's Hopslam is very good, but too damn expensive!!
Found a clone for that one though, so I'm going to try it for this summer.

So does "don't feed the troll" also correspond to "don't give beer to the troll"?

I have tried drinking Budweiser and it is pure ROT GUT!!!!!!
It will eat your Liver away. One of these days you are going to wake up and your eyes and skin will be yellow, which means Liver damage.

I have found that Coor's Light is a great tasting Beer. Usually a six pack will last a couple of days.

bud is for the troops? Why is that it isn't even an American owned brewery anymore? I'll pass - give me some good beer and I'll pass on the mass marketing suckers. I'm not saying I haven't fired down many of buds but it's not like it a great beer. it is very drinkable on a summer day.

Bud cans have always been my go to, big family thing but I'm a sucker for craft beer. Can't stand most IPAs, but I love just about any Stout or Porter you stick in front of me.

In state brewery has a phenomenal double/imperial right now that I can't get enough of despite the high price lol

Dark Hollow Artisanal Ale - Blue Mountain Brewery - Afton, VA - BeerAdvocate

Really excited for pumpkin ales to show up again this time of year too.

The Sam Adams isn't bad. Schafly is a little better. Woodchuck makes a pumpkin cider that is pretty good. Not a spice though.
