I usually put mine out, but, I'm getting pretty tired of scrubbing them clean, next time mine are going in. They do look good when they're clean though.

Yeah. IN! Mine are out because the guy at the tire store didn't speak English and was confused. I live with it, but it's not as cool.

I'll vote in, the 30"s that came on my jeep had the whites out and they looked ugly after a couple offroading trips

If this is the toughest decision I have to make today, I got it good.

Do what YOU want.

I never thought Tiny to be one to not buck the trend if she wanted to.

You will be hard pressed, to find mud holes, in your part of the country. That being said, they will be easier to keep clean. They do take more time, to detail, but that is only if you are wanting them to shine, at a parade, or other event. I vote that you do, whatever makes you the happiest. It is you, that will be looking at them everyday, not us........

I like em out, but as mentioned, they can be a PITA to keep clean. Also if you get rocks along the side, you may find the lettering kinda 'streaks'. So, if you don't mind some potential damage or scrubbing like hell to keep the lettering white, do out.

Otherwise, in.

Too much mention of scrubbin', they're going in. I don't wanna have to worry that they're pearly white.... cuz I wouldn't care and they'll look lousy. In.

White letters out was "in" in the 1970's. Sports cars came with 'em that way, it was "sporty". Fancy cars came with "whitewalls" (you remember that narrow white stripe?).
In the 80's & 90's it became uncool to have white letters or white stripes, so blackwall was the "in" thing.

Now, who cares, do what you like best. So they get dirty, it's a Jeep.

(of course I wouldn't be seen with anything but all black on the outside of my vehicles)(but, I'm nowhere near being "cool")

Oh, you are freaking kidding me. He's grinding away part of his tire??? That is such a good idea I have decided to also carve away the tread into a fancier design, maybe put my name in there too....

Passenger side out, driver side in, got it covered
