I air out my Jeep every time I open the door to get in. I'm safe. IMO this is all people running out of things to complain about and justifying their jobs by making unfounded claims. Pump enough of anything into a rat and it'll die. Next thing you know air is bad for us, if it gets into our blood it could cause a clot so stop breathing now.

How about this one:
Naturally Green FAQ - Are Vinyl Shower Curtains Toxic? - Naturally Savvy

PVC is not the "poison" they speak of, it's phthalates and DEHP which is in the plasticizer used to make it flexible. When you burn PVC which is used in so many things it gives out chlorine fumes which can knock you out in no time. Just like any other smoke if you inhale enough of it. I worked with these materials on a daily basis for almost 14 years now and know people who have done the same thing for 40+ years without proper vapor collection systems who are living cancer free in their 80's now. I've said it before, you have more chance of dying if you eat your shower curtain. Not because of the plasticizer in it, but blockage in your digestive system.

Another is the CPSC not allowing dirtbikes or quads to be sold if intended user is less than 13 years old. Lead is poisonous and used in the brake cables and engine parts. If ingested it could cause cancer. Don't know about you, but I have my daughter wash her dirtbike with tongue, it just works better. On top of that, when the kids touch these bikes they wear protection from head to toe and pretty much never touch the bike when they aren't geared up. Who do you think gets stuck washing the thing all the time?

I don't have A/C, I'm safe.
Wal-Mart and Mcdonalds are the most un-American establishments around. Don't give these idiots your money
