Mig/Flux core welder??????

Ok I recently purchased a rig that needs a little body work. I have a stick welder but was looking for something better for sheet metal. Has anyone had good luck with the cheap gasless Mig welders?

I have one of the cheap harbor freight ones. It doesn't weld pretty, but it has worked just fine. As long as I can grind it smooth, it has been great. I think I paid $90 for it a couple of years ago.

I have used small millermatic migs with flux core wire with good results..the flux core allows you to take the gas shield off the handle/electrode which allows you to get in smaller areas and still be able to see exactly where you are putting your weld..perfect setup for auto sheetmetal

cheap welder should be cool especially since it probably will not get a ton of hours put on it..flux core is the way to go for what you are doing
