All that being said, I would love to see how either one of the Army or Marines operate if the Air Force took all the air and space support away? Good Luck!!!

gentlemen, please keep it civil. there was a thread like this a while back that had to be locked because it became very hostile. every branch and every member of the military is incredibly valuable and greatly appreciated.

Oh man, see what I started?

I wasn't trying to start a Tijuana bar brawl, just some good natured ribbing for my chair force brethren. I guess I should explain, we have a great group here in my home town, the 200th Red Horse Squadron, an Air Force Nat Guard construction squadron. For not being front line guys, this unit is pretty hard core, routinely building things under hostile fire, etc, kinda like SeaBees. Port Clinton, and more specifically Camp Perry also used to be home to several Army units, a Naval reserve unit, and still houses a Coast Guard port security unit, so we get to do a bit of ribbing around here.

Didn't mean to offend anyone, we are (or were) all part of a big machine, it won't work well without any of the parts.
