Moving house, 3 cars, but 2 drivers...how??

I might be taking a job offer and need to move. I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to move everything.

Now before the smart responses i have to move an explorer, tj, and cj but i have a total of 2 drivers including myself. U-haul and everyone else doesn't like to rent to explorers. U-haul will rent a dolly to my tj but I'd have to tow the 4-door exploder and the cj behind the moving truck. The explorer probably weighs too much for the tj. I also have my r6 but that can be tied down inside the moving truck.

What to do?

Hire a friend. On Craigslist you can hire moving help for like $40 per hour. Get that guy to drive the moving truck and you move the other rigs. The guy can also help you unload your truck.

Right now its from GA to NC or MO. They pay relocation but don't know how much. Have the second phone interview on Monday and a 1st phone interview with different company Tuesday. My job pissed me off last week and Friday I had hit the roof. I applied to places but wasn't expecting so many responses.

Why won't any rent a tow dolly for the Explorer? If the company is paying for relocation, moving expenses might cover transporting one of the vehicles. They should also pay for trips to find a place to live. When I transfered I used one of those trips to drive one vehicle here then flew home. They agreed because they only had to pay a one way flight instead of round trip.

Keep in mind that all of your moving expenses will be added as taxable income at the end of the year. It was something I learned the hard way.

My vote: ditch the explore. they are a dime a dozen. then you can tow the cj behind the moving van, and drive the tj. then when u get there, take the money you got for the explore and buy a third vehicle

back with the whole firestone/explore debacle, one of the incidents involved an explore towing a u haul trailer. the trailer flipped on top of the explore and killed some one, the family then sued u haul. now u haul has a policy that it will not rent a trailer out to some one who owns an explore.
