Mudding in my astro van

i was doing a u-urn in my van today and i went over the shoulder ignoring the 'little' dirty puddle...well it turned out to be an at least 2 foot deep mud pit. it went at least 1/2 way up my front bumper on my van. And i didn't want to stop and try to back out so i decided to power out. Luckily i have a locker so it was pretty simple to get out as my one wheel was still on the pavement, so just threw some mud up my van. I had a little bit of fun doing it too. But then i hit problems. my brakes on that side started going crazy and not working so i had one side of brakes...but they finally like cleared out so i'm not 'merging' when i brake anymore.
