I can't stand muscle milk. I see wayy too much of it at work lol. We distribute it through pepsi here in va and I bought one case and tried drinking it and couldn't. Didn't like the taste or texture whatever it is.

More power to you people who drink it

I go on and off it every few months (not cycling it just prefer it this way). I like chocolate and mix it with milk and ice cubes. Tastes like a milkshake. It does serve a purpose for after workouts as you got about a half hour window to get in the protein your muscles need for recovery to gain the max results of your workout. But your right, you should technically get all your protein from food, as thats the best source, but sometimes these shakes are more conveinent.

And thats the very reason why people drink them. If you dont have the ease of having a pre-made sandwhich at work, sometimes a shake or bar is all you can do before its too late. Chocolate with a mix of strawberries, ice, and bannanas is the way to do it.
