my first tornado

well after 50 years i was in my first tornado while driveing my yj,,,

i was driving down my road when out of no where the winds just hit and trees started blowing down and some being sucked up into the sky..

thank goodness i had my top off and could see the trees falling at me and i was able to dodge them ..

and i have a huge mess to clean up i lost 2 pines that were over a 100 years old in my yard and a big walnut tree down on my father-in-laws house....also no power for 4 days and it over a 100deg,s..

Wow, that sucks to lose such big trees. Good luck with the clean up and remember it could have been worse.

did,nt see her--lol

and yes could have been way worse--it was pretty cool though actually, except for now cutting down the tree off my father-in-laws house--its a 105deg..thats why im on here now sipping some ice tea--lol

and it does suck about my pines--there is a pic. of jessie james by them, he use to pass threw here back in the day and these trees were only about 5 ft tall then..this property has been in the family for way over a hundred years dont recon anyone else but GOD has owned it..

anyway back to the chain saw....

In 97 I was in a hurricane in north carolina. Neighbors house was cut into two by an uprooted oak tree.

In 05 i was 20' from a tornado. Crazy &#*#& lol
