While true, you can fit an air mattress in the back of a JKU if you push the front seats all the way up.

I second that motion, this thread went from jeeps getting dates, to the things you do in jeeps, to talking about work, to where people live, to god only knows whatelse is on the way. Pray that there be mercy on all of those who post this thread lol

^^^^ NJ is cool, alot to do in a state of its size. 3 major cities close by, AC, the shore, 6 flags, all the historic stuff scattered around. Ive lived in jersey my whole life, other than the out of state drivers (no offense to those on this forum, we own jeeps, we know how to drive) i really have no complaints about living here. living in central jersey is awesome cause almost everything to do around here is only a half of an hour ride in just about every direction.

I don't get looks or comments when i drive my lifted JKU, but I'm an old man pushing 40, not much to look at, and honestly don't really care to be hit on anymore as I am quite content with my life as it is.

Now on the other hand, my wife drives her TJ everywhere and of course it's lifted, on 35's, sport cage, winch, etc. She's 31 but looks 25 and is smokin hot. She always gets lingering stares and "noticed" by men out there. It's funny actually. Especially if I'm riding with her... "Dude, I'm right here.". They don't care.

We've yet to properly "break in" the TJ, but let's just say my JK ain't no virgin. ;-).

Also used to have a Willys CJ2A that saw some action in the woods. Double meaning intended.

If there is one thing that Jersey has going for it, it's there is always something to do within an hour or less.

What's the third major city? There aren't any major cities in Jersey, NYC and Philly own Jersey. You could say that Baltimore, DC and Boston are within striking distance, but there's really only 2 cities that come up when you talk about Jersey.

New Jersey is a state without an identity. It's half NYC, half Philly, half down the shore. It costs a fortune to live there. If you can manage to afford a house, good luck paying $7k/year for your .25 acres with your 2 bedroom rancher that cost $300,000.

Crime centers of Newark up north and Camden down south, JBT pigs more concerned with abusing citizens and passing out fines than cleaning up the scum that's strewn about the state.

Good luck owning a gun in Jersey. Even better luck ever getting to shoot it. God forbid if you use it in defense of your house, you'll probably end up dead and the media will act as though you are the mastermind behind Osama Bin Laden.

Look, if you fix the corruption, the taxes, the ridiculous nanny state laws, and ratify the Constitution, then maybe I'll move back home. But until then, I'll tell everyone I'm from Philly (not untrue, I grew up less than a mile from the Betsy Ross) and I'll continue to avoid that place like the plague.

lol, yeah this is all true and im not trying to start a debate here, but youre just like everyone else who thinks about new jeresy as a stereotypical ____hole state because thats just the rap that we get from places like newark and camden. but that really is just up north and down south, central jersey almost like a completely other state. yes the taxes are still ridiculous and so are the houses, but hell we gotta get some credit here for something we all aint that bad.
