Steve had his ARB go out on him and it was a 1st gen.. and it was a failure of those bolts (they backed out).. BUT.. he had that ARB in his jeep for like 7+ years before it happened and used them all the time
10-4, thanks for the heads up, I'll go completely through them before I swap them in just to double check.

Will do, shouldn't be too long, we are in good financial shape for the most part, so no issues there. Let me know when you have them out. Thanks!

No problem.. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't tell you everything about them before you bought them.. damn my conscious lol. I'd make a bad used car salesman. Also one last thing.. The cross over steering is done by welding a chopped Pittman arm to the knuckle and reinforcing it.. Its never given me any problems but I've been told to reinforce it more to be on the safe side

Thanks, I'm the same way. I know a very good welder who is also a Jeeper too, he'll be able to help me with the steering linkage luckily

I snagged one of the little clips they use to attach the cable to the throttle body and feed my line through it then used a line crimp on it to keep it from going back through

The automatics usually have 2, or 3 if they have cruise control. Just snag one off a cherokee and pocket it lol
