I was surrounded by refineries while I was there lol. google up Mina Abdullah or Al Shuaiba and you'll see them

There were other refineries besides oil too. One company was refining chlorine, and one day one of the alarms went off, like they always did because everyone had different alarm testing times and we didn't know them.. Turns out they vented a dangerous amount of chlorine into the air
