Found a new way to have fun in the jeep tonight... I have the top off, back seat out, and facing backwards for a drive in movie tonight with my son. We are seeing HP part 1&2. Should be a great night... All thanks to my jeep!!

Hahah. True. And I believe the jks are slot harder to drop it than the older ones. My tj is two screws and the brackets hinge down. And if I'm not mistaken You have to remove your whole bracket.

You are correct! It has a few more screws than yours does...

I hate having to jump back to old topics in the thread, but I can only get on here so much being as I am overseas. So is wheeling with a Jeep similar to a 4x4 F-150/250 and what are some things I should be aware of?

Yeah it's similar. But You will notice the jeep feels alot more responsive in the dirt than the truck was. You will notice the jeep feels like it was made for dirt but can do pavement. Where as the truck was Made for pavement but can do dirt. Or atleast this is how it felt going from a chevy s10 blazer to the tj

That makes me feel a lot better, I was hoping that I wasn't gonna have to break some bad habits that I may have had. Well I guess its time to go back to lookin at lifts, already have tires and wheels picked out!!!

Of coure they do! Without a lift you are just an average joe, driving yer average Jeep. But when you start to mod you become unique and different, and thats awesome!

Well, my Jeep didn't get me a date (Hubster would be very displeased) but today I left the local auto parts store and a guy in a black JK hardtop pulled up on my right and blew me a kiss. I guess it was because I was topless & doorless maybe?

Of course the Jeep was topless. Not me. If that was the case, more than Jeep people would be blowing me kisses.

Depends on the chick, my friend... While it would be nice to believe that every chick who owns a jeep is a jeep chick, the truth is, most of the ones I've come across wanted some sort of "hawt convertible" but didn't want to be low to the road.

very true, but in most of my encounters with jeep chicks, all but 1 or 2 have been true jeep chicks. while us jeep dudes must be weary of the not so jeep chicks out there i believe that they are out number by the true jeepers. im sure all you fellow jeepers on here can agree with me that jeeps arent just another vehicle, they are a way of life.
