30 lbs line takes a heavy pole when you go for fish 15-30 lbs.

I did catch a 9 lb bass on an ultra lite crappie rig lol. Pole was flexed

I dont' blame you.. there are some really good trout fishing around me where it's open enough to not get snaged on anything but shallow enough to walk out some and stand in the water..

Only thing I really hate about trout fishing is they are slimmey buggers
