Hahahaha that's pretty awesome. I bought my first car a 1990 Plymouth acclaim (bright teal mind you) from my grandpa. Also a piece of shit. Ceiling was duct taped up. Windows wouldst go down and my favorite, my dome light? A tap light taped to the roof

I do love being able to do that and not worry. Around army posts you can still find our old utility vehicles laying around. Old broncos / blazers with lifts. My last duty station, my company had 3, we used to beat the sh!t out of those things off road and not care at all, alot of fun!

O it was great, I was stationed at fort dix, so we used to go ripping through the pine barrens, and not having to worry if u break it! We got told we werent allowed to use them any more after breaking a rear axle, which we werent even doing anything crazy, one my soldiers decided to back up and the axle broke! GO figure

Hey don't make fun of eclipses, I have the bigger sister to those. Granted the backseats are almost non-existing, I still love that car.

My buddy had a 68, he lifted it, put bigger tires on, and rock sliders and a front bumper, but nothing else was modded. So it was a mixture of class and buggy, It was pretty BA

If you go back up Hwy. 1 about 1/2 north past the airport turn right onto Sandwoski Causeway about MM 53.5 (goes out to Key Colony Beach) and check out a restaurant called Sparky's. They use to have the best key lime pie in the keys.

I've been back there 3 times so far including about 45 min ago but I haven't stopped at Sparkys as of yet. I'm headed out at 6 am tomorrow to watch the sun rise on the beach by the playground there. I'll have to check out Sparkys. Thx for the info!
