Need help. Bad problems :(

I'm going through a hard point in my life. I'm having a lot of trouble and feel like everything's against me and I just needed some support from some jeepers to get me through these troubles.

The good times of your life are never appreciated without the bad times of your life. No road in life is easy, and no matter how hard you seem to be thrown down, remember that the only thing to do is to get back up stronger than before. If life was all flowers and candy, how will we ever enjoy it? You need the hard times to come. I like and even encourage hard times in my life, because I know that there's no sweeter feeling in the world than to be thrown down to your knees, and to get back up a stronger and wiser person.
These are the ideas I remind myself with whenever my life gets tough.
Now I don't know what kind of troubles your having, nor is it any of my business, but I hope I was able to help out somehow. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask for more help, id be more than willing.

Life's lessons are learned in the rough times. Look at every mistake you make or anything bad that happens to you and ask yourself, What can I learn from this? Some of my deepest life changing ethos come from the darkest moments in my life.

Besides, you've got a Jeep, smile!
Not tonight Joey, we'll get em another night.

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret: you're a spiritual being having a human experience. This changes everything.

Whatever religion (or lack thereof) you prefer, the essential point is you have a spirit, entitiy, soul, etc. It is trapped in a human shell, that of an animal. Nevermind how or when it got there, but it is, and the purpose is to be there. Nothing more, nothing less. Nobody ever saw a bird feel sorry for itself. The ability to feel things, smell things, see things, hear things, taste things, experience things, etc is the most beautiful gift imaginable, even though some of those things will be bad. It is the meaning... without good there is no bad, yes? What if there was just no feeling, if you were again in the spirituality from whence we all originated, incapable of tasting an apple or hearing a child scream for help? Some good, some bad, but all such a precious gift that it should be embraced daily, appreciated for the rarity it is, the gift bestowed upon us here in this 'now'.

You should go do some volunteer work and help some people. Find a goal or weak spot in your life you want to improve and focus on being productive on that. Find a purpose. And cheer up

It's not about how many times you get knocked's about how many times you get back up! Seriously, NEVER quit, day by day, hour by hour, hell minute by minute if you have too...just NEVER quit!

Pull the panels and take the Jeep for the drive. That always helps me settle back down.

What do you do in your Jeep when you get stuck?....You shift in to low gear and keep plowing ahead; eventually you'll find a clearing.

Try not to make decisions in the down times....wait until you're feeling more centered and rational. We've all been in these types of situations, you're not alone.

Just remember when you're at rock bottom and everything has gone wrong, the only place to go is up.

My secret is I think of those in a worse situation than myself. Not to down on them, but to think of how much worse it could be, then I am more positive. My children are healthy and safe, my family is here with me, and we have food on our table. Being in the medical field, I have seen some pretty bad things. It could be worse, and when it is at your worst, just remember, some people would trade with you in an instant. Best of luck in your down times. If you need to talk, shoot me a pm
It's better to regret something you did do, than to regret something you didn't do.
