I see them as more like UTVs which I think are more like the original Jeep anyway.

I don't think so. The "Hummer" specs for braking distance is from 15 MPH, probably its max. I don't see where to put a license plate or the light for one.

It's a low speed vehicle, so each state sets the max it can go on the road. The Jeep knockoff can hit 60, as it has over 50 hp.
