Oops... I did it again!

I bought a new gun. Just couldn't help myself! It's the Smith & Wesson 649 Bodyguard chambered in .357mag. Anyone have experience with it? Pics?

And I didn't like the grip so I ordered a new grip for it too.

No experience with it - but I bet it hurts with full house loads.

Yeah, some dirtbag SS agent emptied one into me, lucky I was wearing an old shirt that day, or I would have had to go and kill his Momma too! It was a peashooter, it kinda tickled, why do you ask?

You smartass! Thanks anyway SPDSNYDR, I'm sure it will. Don't have it yet, I ordered it on Fri so I should get it tomorrow.

And Sgn, I'd like to see you take a hit with even a .22Lr and tell me it doesn't hurt.

Hey, is shooting fun?

Not into that hobby but by the looks of that gun, it looks like it might be fun.

Is it pretty expensive?

Congrats madbiker, it looks BEAUTIFUL!!!

Right on!!!

One of my goals in life is to learn how to shoot a handgun. The only gun experience i have is with a b.b. gun and a 22 shotgun......

I really want to learn so I can go to the range and get all my pent up anger out!!!!

.40 is my caliber of choice but for carry I'm gonna try the J-Frame .357 and see how that goes.

And anyone who hasn't shot needs to get out there! It's therapy!

Aww RIP, don't be sad, if I were nice to you, you'd think I was up to something, right?

Besides, every time I am nice to you, I get some veiled reference to you wanting to something of a homosexual nature to me, and I just don't roll like that, sorry!

I assure I want nothing from you in ANY homosexual manner. I just want kindness and respect from a fellow service member that dared to go where few other manly men would...

I used to have one similar (not hamerless). The 357 in a snubby kicks like a mule. The nice thing is you can shoot 38 in it to save money at the range. I carry a 38 S&W Airweight now. With .38 Ranger SXT+P rounds it does a great job.

I'm going to motion to ban for posting this thread title with no pics of scantly clad hussies in school girl outfits.

Amen! In fact, I'd like to ammend that to require all threads to contain at least one such original picture!

It's not hammerless, the hammer is shrouded by the frame. You can still cock it for single action, you just can't see that in the pic.

Putting my eye out would be the LEAST of my concerns with .357! More likely put the back of my head out is more like it!
