You didn't miss anything.

When Michigan enacted the 10 cent can/bottle redemption, it cost more to rent the cans than the beer did.

Tasted like we got our moneys worth too.

bottles of point or linnies or black label
for 6 bucks with deposit for
the bottles

I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Kalik. The official Beer Of The Bahamas. I spent a lot of time in the islands when I lived down in the Keys.

It was the weather...and the alignment of the stars...and the quantity.

Speaking of hangovers, I used to drink nothing but Buzzwiser when I was in my twenties. I drank a couple a few weeks ago and I thought I was having an aneurysm!

Speaking of being poor... Ah, it takes me back to good old days when I knew it all and had little or no cash. We'd pool our money and get Ronnie's or Billy's big sister (who were both 21) to ride with us to the 7-11. This is the crap I drank in my misspent youth.

Do you guys remember the "Generic" boom that hit the country in the 80's? Yes, sadly... I've choked this swill down as well.

It's a wonder I'm still alive. Well, I guess that's why I can drink ANYTHING.

Damn, looking back... Had my Gran knew they would have never found my body.
