Pizza anyone?

Started my pizza delivery job last night at papa johns. What better way to battle the snow and ice than in my TJ. Don't see how I wouldve made it without it. Almost like every delivery was an adventure. 4 hi was making me money. Anyone else deliver in their wrangler, got any good stories?

I've worked at pizza hut and am now working at Dominos (need that tip money for college). I don't have any stories like that but I do have plenty of funny stories. Here's one: I was delivering to Someone who is the furthest at our store to deliver too. I get there and she says (after I gave her the pizza) "what!? You think a white boy like you deserves a tip? I ain't gunna give you a tip. You should be tippin me!" I just withheld my anger and said "have a good night mam" As she turned inward to enter her house, her box hit the edge of the door. Her pizza then proceeded to fall out of the box facedown on the ground. I just stood there and said "wow that's a shame. Have a GREAT Night mam!" and got back in my jeep and drove away lololol

I'll have a meat lovers please...thin crust. Plenty of garlic butter.

A Dominos driver here was murdered (last year if I remember) and a few muggings while delivering. The murder was a robbery/carjacking and I think it is still unsolved. Y'all be careful out there.

I delivered for a Papa Johns on the east side of Cincinnati. Theres a place called Riverbend where alot of concerts go on. I had to deliver 30 Pizzas to AEROSMITH!!! Didnt get to meet them but the road crew (or whoever I dealt with) were awesome. $300 tip! I took the rest of the night off and had a pretty good time at the local watering hole.

Yes I did! I delivered through last winter and we were getting pounded last winter too. All the other guys in ther civics were getting stuck non stop and went home i was the only guy delivering so the money was great. People tipped me sooo good too when we had a blizzard that dropped a foot and a half on us when id go right through it down the long driveway and bring there food to the door I got paid so much money for playing in my jeep. I also delivered throughout summer in it I was the only guy with the top and doors off delivering everyone that ordered new me by the jeep kid. And would always talk to me about the jeep and having no top and doors. The best part was I couldnt put that stupid sign on my car Be safe though I almost was attacked by a pitbull once too. Thank god I had the bumperettes on then i jump on that and onto the roll cage until the owner got it under control. And remember you never know whos house your going too.

Pizza? Thanks, now as I'm stuck up in the Poconos I'm craving Delorenzo's Pizza in Trenton, NJ

As far as delivery, nope never delivered pizza. I'd like to, but I don't have the time anymore for a part time job

Stephen Tyler is my friend's cousin. Met him once when I was a youngin' apparently. You'd think I wouldn't forget something like that.

You lucky dog. Back when I was 18-20 I delivered pizza. Looking back on it now it was actually my favorite job. I loved it. Didn't have the Jeep, but the free pizza, screwing around in the store, and trading pizza for free gas with the guys at the gas station across the street and pizza for free ice cream with the girls next door, more than made up for it

Man, those were the days

I did have the sign on my hood but I wasn't near Harrodsburg road. Now I bungie it to my spare tire cause I can't see the road. If you see a green sahara that's me, I work at the saron drive location.

I worked with a guy that live in the 'hood. He used to tell delivery drivers "You want a tip? get the f*** out of the hood before it gets dark."

So maybe I was at TC and MOW. It had been a long day. The TJ in question was turning from MOW outbound on the main road. I was coming from the Airport and heading to Lakeshore.

I used to work at a Starbucks in Branson and would always trade drinks for pizza, good times. I was the only person that was nice to the delivery guys so they eventually got tired of my coworkers attitudes and quit trading us.
