About 3.5 years ago, we started a series entitled "The 7 Bar Grille" which is a camp cooking project focused on camp cuisine while traveling in the backcountry. The idea was spawned when those of us on the JPFreek staff recognized the synergy between camping and cooking and grew tired of eating freeze-dried foods and boring meals.
