Pretty sure it's just me listening to TX Country out here, but the bags are getting packed and I'm headed to Austin once I figure out the job situation.

Happily not (and never) married and 25, but it was cheaper to be in a relationship than now being single. Damn bar tabs are killing my jeep fund.

Anything housing wise in TX is cheap compared to California. I'm getting myself a castle.

Something like this 208 Starlight Trl, Georgetown, TX 78633 | MLS# 7320542 | Redfin and rent out a few rooms to cover the mortgage. Then I'll kick em all out after I get through with going back to school after a couple more years of working. Austin is my first choice due to Texas being right there and more Tech stuff going on. Girls, lakes, decent school, tech clients, it's got everything. I'm targeting Feb-May next year. Tax return, work bonus, signing bonus, vacation cash out, I'll have plenty for a down payment even if I don't get my place up here sold.
