Re: recent downtime

First I would like to apologize for the downtime we experienced this weekend.

As WF grows larger and larger our demands for hosting grow also. In the past we have always stayed ahead of the curve as far as this goes, but this weekend we found faults in our current set up.

In order to address this we are making both short term and long term changes.

Short term we are working with our hosting provider to make sure that we minimize our exposure to the possiblity of downtime (I have been assured that we should see service that we have grown accustomed to preceding these problems) while we work on our long term plan.

Our long term plan being such cannot happen overnight, but be assured it has already begun and we are taking the proper steps to procure a satisfactory solution in as timely a fashion as possible. With that said this is long term so it isnt something we can rush.

Again If you have any questions, complaints, suggestions. My pm box is always open :-)

(Donnie's just worried the Humane Society is going to get him. I heard Peta was picketing his house because of all the gerbil bodies in the trash)

Nah, he just wants us to think he will.
