Riddle me this...

OK, this is weird. I have desperately needed a hi lift jack around here for, literally, YEARS and never got around to getting one. So, now that I'm setting my Jeep up for serious off-road, I go and get a Hi Lift...

Am I the only one who buys stuff for my Jeep I wouldn't buy to save my own back and/or knuckles or are the rest of you crazy, too?

After years of looking at them and running without one in my 90 Bronco and now the YJ, when the inlaws needed an idea at Christmas, my wife suggested the Hi-Lift. Figured it was cheaper than a winch!

Seems like I treat my Jeep better than myself as well... Don't know why that is, but I baby the Jeep and will inconvenience myself to do it! I am starting to come to the conclusion that everyone has been right all these years.... I am just not that bright!!!!

There he goes with that big word again.........lol........but you are right.......I have spent way too much on our Jeeps, and always had a hard time spending $50.00 for a pair of shoes, or shirt, or pants, or Doctor, or Dentist,.......etc.,etc.,etc. I have to also wonder if having a Jeep causes insanity???????? Or is it just the phenomenon of the actual word........JEEP........appreviation for, " Just Empty Every Pocket.?"

I have sacrificed for years to keep my junk running. Currently I drive a $200 buick station wagon to work so I can afford to keep building my toy. If I didn't have my Jeep I could have a nice practical truck or something. Crazy??? maybe a little. If I get a chance I will have to post a pic of how I mounted my Hi-lift. I got the idea from a guy in Pittsburgh a couple of years back.
