We were just admiring your cute lil monkey.

Oh, BTW, maybe this'll perk up the thread again.

Does it have anything to do with "perking up"?

I still don't know what the heck a jeep monkey is or why you keep talkin' about this damn monkey all the time. Talkin'about your jeep monkey would have never crossed my mind.

I was fixin' to be rude, but I refrained.

Where'd Amy go? Coincidence that she disappeared the same time the monkey appeared?

Nope, we're not. I have proof! Here's Skeeter and I with the kidlets, that we couldn't have had if we were the same person.

and his jeep and my jeep.

So there too!

As for me and the monkey...

Weirdest thing......All my life I have been waiting for this to happen and it finally did

In the ladies room of a local bar it reads Rob "Sparky" M and has my cell umber.

I am beside myself trying to figure out how that got there. There was only one night after my last class I was taking at pitt that I was referred to as Sparky. an old friend from high school called me that, she had a few drinks in her at this point, it wasn't a name that I was ever called prior to that though. Now the really troubling thing is who knew my cell number? Only two people in the bar know my number and they both were surprised to hear about it. The class has been over for almost six months now, so they surely would have claimed the prank as their own after that amount of time. Now, the really disturbing thing is, nobody has called yet. Well, I am now known as Sparky

These last two days at home have been some of the most boring time ever. I got to take the wrap off my knee today and clean it up. Just two little cuts with the sutures, one on each side. I used a cane to get around becaus it is so sore, but I did move around the house a lot without any support. Post-op paperwork said Weight Bearing as Tolerated so I guess that meant I wasn't confined to crutches or a cane. Just pretty sore, but I guess that will wear off too.

My cane looks like grandpa's so I took it out in the garage and added a nice coat of OD green to it. Now it's an Army cane.
