Screwed

So I bought a some lights off a guy on here and he said he sent them, but refused to give me a tracking number and now when I big him he get crappy. I am pretty sure he is trying to screw me out of the $80 I paid via paypal. What can I do? Any advice? I'm pretty pissed

file a claim with paypal

It was the 15th. Every time I ask him for shipment info there's always something, kid issues, out of town, get it when I get home etc and he is really shitty. I filled out the claim yesterday but have never had to do that before so I don't know how it completely works.

There was a guy over on Pirate that tried to screw someone on a deal. Turned out very bad for him.

Typically there is nothing we can do here on WF for a situation like yours. That is why you NEVER send the money as a GIFT through PayPal! If you Send it as a gift you lose ALL protection from PayPal. File the claim as you did and let the process work.

PM me the thread you bought the lights through but as I said there really isn't anything we can do...

Hopefully it will all work out for you now. I know those sort of situations suck as you feel so helpless and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth for future purchases.
